Preventive Maintenance (PM)

• Even NEW RVs have several areas that are vulnerable to water intrusion.
• RV manufacturers recommend sealing your RV roof  regularly.
• Water can do major damage if a leak goes undetected.
• Relax and let us do the hard work for you.

• Preventive maintenance (PM) helps prevent and protect your unit from the most expensive and common types of damage and is not a warranty or insurance of any type.
• Program pricing valid for well maintained units, RVs needing extensive roof re-sealing or repair may be additional cost in order to bring unit up to a maintainable standard. 
• Appliances serviced by removing exterior shrouds/covers and  inspecting & cleaning exterior mechanical components of those appliances. Cleaning consists of removing debris and most dirt to allow proper operation. No diagnostics performed. All PM Services performed at exterior of RV only
• PM services generally performed annually, service dates will vary depending on customer scheduling. Unit must be accessible on scheduled service date, additional service fee will apply for return visit if unit is unable to be accessed. No refunds for unscheduled or unused services. 
• Service fee applies to Mobile REPAIR Services (No service fee for Preventive Maintenance/PM) 
• Annual payment required in full for PM service to be performed.
